Ahner Berghof goes greenOur own source of electricity – Sustainability on the farm
In 2023, we completed a big step towards sustainability. Our stall building (built in 2021) was retrofitted with a photovoltaic installation with a nominal rating of 80 kW. We are thus now capable of not only generating our own electricity (thus making us independent of the public grid), but also of reducing our CO2 emissions.
But that isn’t everything! We have also installed a charging station for those guests of ours who arrive by electric car. You can thus recharge your vehicle at our station and enjoy your vacation to the hilt – in a sustainable, convenient, and environmentally friendly manner.
Almencard PlusExperience Adventure
When you come to stay with us here at the Ahner in Rodeneck, we’ll hand you your “Almencard Plus” at check-in time. With this unique adventure card, you are eligible for a whole range of advantages – appropriate for young and old, alike.
With the Almencard, you can use all of South Tyrol’s public transportation systems free of charge. Free travel with the Gitschberg and Joch Valley aerial cableways in specific periods.
