The Rodenecker-Lüsner Alm (alpine meadow) is – next to the Seiser Alm – one of Europe’s biggest high-altitude plateaus. At an altitude of between 1,500 and 2,200 meters above sea-level, you’ll find countless family-friendly hiking trails and numerous meadows spread out over an area of 20 km2. You can undertake tours and bask in the breathtaking panorama on trails for all ages and levels of difficulty. Here are just a few of the highlights:

  • Oberhauser Hut: Only 10 minutes from the Zumis Parking Lot
  • Roner Alm: Approx. 40 minutes from the Zumis Parking Lot
  • Rastner Hut: About 1.5 hours from the Zumis Parking Lot
  • Starkenfeld Hut: Also about 1.5 hours from the Zumis Parking Lot
  • Kreuzwiesen Alm: About 2.5 hours from the Zumis Parking Lot

Along all of these trails, you can admire the spectacular view of the Ziller Valley Alps, the Grossglockner, the Geisler Group, and many other impressive summits.
