Especially families will appreciate the many child-friendly hiking trails and educational paths that are perfect for baby carriages, too! The hiking trails of the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alpine Meadow feature plenty of refreshment stops along the way, and offer a wide range of levels of difficulty, so there’s something for everyone. The Joch Valley Adventure Park boasts a petting zoo and water recreational park where children are sure to have lots of fun. And kids will love the Ahner Nature Experience Trail, which is just minutes from our premises.
But the area has more than just natural beauty to offer. Are you a culture-lover? Then you’ll want to visit such great highlights as the Dietenheim Folklore Museum, Rodenegg Castle, or a fascinating guided tour through the Neustift Monastery. And if you’re in the mood for a city tour (or when it’s rainy), then maybe you should consider skipping off on a daytrip to Brixen, Bruneck, or the provincial capital of Bozen.
If you want a change of pace, fun, and refreshing cool, then the Aquarena in Brixen is a tempting option. Tandem paragliding is a thrilling way for you to enjoy the magnificent scenery of the South Tyrolean mountains. And in the wintertime, you can frolic on the 55 km of perfectly prepared slopes at the Gitschberg-Joch Valley Ski Resort.
