Our cows, ponies, goats, chickens and rabbits feel right at home in our meadows, pasture lands and new free-range barn, as do our dog and cats. Wild herbs, berries and mushrooms grow in the forest which surrounds our farmstead. As an authentic South Tyrolean alpine farm, we live with and from nature. Growing and processing our own produce for our farmstead is the fulfilment of a long-held dream for us. We are passionate about serving seasonal foods that grow naturally in our local area. Our guests love the taste of the fresh natural milk from our cows. From the first bite to the last, you can’t beat regional produce!
