Arrival and departure:
Your suite will be ready for you on the day of your arrival starting at 2:00 p.m. – We request that you vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. of the day of your departure. We request that you notify us in the event you should arrive after 6:00 p.m.
Pick-up service:
If you are arriving by rail, we would be happy to arrange for you to be picked up at the train station.
Room rates:
All prices are per person and per day, including our gourmet half-board arrangement, and with a minimum stay at our lodgings of four days.
Resort tax:
We are legally required to levy a resort tax of €2.30 per person and per night. Children under 14 years of age are exempt. This resort tax will be listed separately in your bill.
Children’s discounts:
Children who sleep in their parents’ room (given two adults paying the full room rate) are eligible for the following discounts (per day):
0–2 years: Free of charge
3–8 years: €40.oo
9–12 years: €45.oo
13–16 years: €55.oo
Child’s cot with protective bars, per day: €10.oo
Payment:
We request that you settle your bill in cash. Thank you for your understanding!
Dogs:
If agreed upon in advance, dogs are allowed. The corresponding rate is €14.oo per day (without dog food).
Waste separation:
We ask that you separate your different waste streams. We have different waste receptacles on our grounds.
Booking Information & Travel Insurance:
Sometimes things don’t go as planned, and a trip must be canceled or ended early. Please note that there is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code. However, we offer the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 90 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 89 to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
- 29 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- From 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
Important: The deposit paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

With the Almencard, you can use all of South Tyrol’s public transportation systems free of charge. Free travel with the Gitschberg and Joch Valley aerial cableways in specific periods.
